About Us

Scott, SouthEnd's Vice President, is a native Charlottean with over 10 years experience in manufacturing engineering and business management. Previously owned Precision Tool Company. Scott oversees each project, working closely with the builders and vendors. Handles day-to-day logistics, finances and scheduling. He and his wife Jennifer welcomed their first child, Brayden, in early 2009.

Ben has been with SouthEnd Home Improvement for two years and has over five years experience in the home building industry. As a Field Manager and Quality Assurance Controller, Ben works closely with each contractor and home inspector. Ben lives in the SouthEnd community of Charlotte.

Jason is the Sales Consultant for SouthEnd. The native New Yorker has been in the home industry here in Charlotte since 2003. Jason has designed and consulted with homeowners on home remodeling projects as well as landscaping and outdoor living. He is married to Kellee with two kids, Tyler and McKenzie.

Mark is the Director of Marketing and Client Development for SouthEnd with over 20 years experience in public relations and marketing. He handles all of the marketing-advertising for SouthEnd, working with NARI, Better Business Bureau and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. Mark has two daughters, Hanna and Zoe.

Del is one of the co-founders of SouthEnd Home Improvement. The native Charlottean has been in the construction industry since 1980. With over 25 years of experience in property management, Del has extensive knowledge of the home remodeling industry. In addition to our residential projects, Mr. Oliver oversees commercial and multi-family construction.  He is happily married to Margaret, celebrating over 50 years together.  

Micah is a Project Manager for SouthEnd. He has extensive experience in construction, including project management, warranty, purchasing, and estimating. He has a Graduate Degree in Construction Management from Western Carolina University. Micah and his wife Gail have twin boys, Mason and Issac.

Anita's role at SouthEnd Home Improvement as Office Manager may be relatively new, but she has been in the homebuilding industry in various positions for over 14 years. She is a native Charlottean and has a passion for home remodeling and seeing potential in things that "could be". Anita and her husband J have been married for over 14 years.

Greg is SouthEnd's Quality Control manager, with an extensive background in remodeling, siding and windows. He has over 15 years experience in home construction and home improvement. Greg is one if five children and was born in Knoxville, TN, and he also has 3 children of his own, all daughters. Jasmine is a college student at MSU and Amber and Courtney are still at home.
